The brain-child of Denise Cochrane, Frizzante Rose Training Experience was established in Edinburgh in 2012.
While there are numerous opportunities for the training and development of senior staff and managers, Denise realised that front-line individuals and teams are often left to flounder. Having seen first-hand the benefits of dedicated training and coaching for these people, Denise's experience is second to none in developing and delivering bespoke, effective customer service and sales training.

Why have you set up the Frizzante Rose Training Experience?
being in the corporate world for almost 21 years I decided it was time for me
to take a risk. Owning my own business
was something I'd always wanted to do, had my eye on and was just waiting for
the right moment.
years I have seen the deep seated benefits of implementing an effective
learning and development programme to a business. By owning my own business, I
can do all the elements of training which I love. The design, delivery and review of training,
allows me to see individuals reaching their full potential and to see the job
through to conclusion.
what benefits do you think you can bring to a business?

plaster. It's not just about sending someone on a course and leaving them to
it, if you want the behaviours to change and evolve, providing support and

Aha! This is the question everyone asks me.
described as having a bubbly personality, with a twinkle in my eye. I also have a real love of roses. As pink fizz is my favoured drink of choice
